This tutorial goes over how to recolor photos inside Adobe Photoshop using a mixture of selective color and color balance. When you use these two options together it gives you incredible flexibility and freedom to create highly specific tonal shifts. This is a much more detailed method than simply using the typical hue/saturation options.
